Quarter Steer - (A good way to try our beef)

The quarter steer option will yield approximately 100 pounds of beef in select cuts. This can be stored in a well-managed home freezer. This is a good way to try our beef, however, your order may wait until we have enough orders to consume an entire two sides among smaller ordering customers.

When you order a quarter steer, your order will be held until there is an entire cow ordered. In other words, we need to have three more quarters or a half and a quarter sold before we will schedule your processing date. This assures that you get the freshest meat possible.

Once we have a full subscription on a steer we will schedule processing and advise you of the date. Generally speaking your order will be ready about three weeks from your processing date. This allows for processing, hang time for aging, butchering and packaging.
