Hamburger is made from your "trimmings" these are the parts that do not fit into standard known cuts of meat. Out of each side (1/2 steer) you can expect to get about 60 pounds of ground or stew beef. Hamburger must be ordered in 50 pound increments when ordered separately. Separately ordered hamburger will be a variety of cuts ground into hamburger and may come from different harvested animals to make up the weight. ALL hamburger is Bainbridge quality burger without compromise.
