Whole Steer - (Two Sides)

The whole steer option will yield approximately 450 pounds of beef in select cuts. You will need at least a 15 cu. ft. freezer to properly store your purchase. 

When you order a whole steer, upon receipt of your order we will schedule harvest and processing. This can take AT LEAST a month and includes scheduling the processor, hanging time for aging, and packing.
