Half Steer - (A "side" of Beef)

The half steer option will yield approximately 225 pounds of beef in select cuts. You will need at least a 10 cu. ft. freezer to properly store your purchase.

When you order a half-steer or side of beef we will schedule the processing of you order when we receive enough orders for the remaining half. We schedule processing only when we know the entire steer can be shipped. 

Once we have a full subscription on a steer we will schedule processing and advise you of the date. Generally speaking your order will be ready about three weeks from your processing date. This allows for processing, hang time for aging, butchering and packaging.
